Hospitalist

This role involves examining, diagnosing, and treating acutely ill hospitalized patients at Community First Medical Center, managing their care throughout the hospital stay and coordinating post-acute services. The position requires leadership of Rapid Response and Code Blue events, collaboration with APPs and the ED, and supervision of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. The hospitalist operates within a 24/7 model with continuous in-house APP coverage and is responsible for ensuring continuity and quality of care across the interdisciplinary team.
