Hospitality General Manager

The Hospitality General Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a high-value guest experience through the leadership and management of Front of House, Back of House, and Event Programming teams at the Downtown Kalamazoo campus. This full-time role oversees daily operations, staff scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management to ensure efficient and profitable business performance. The position also involves managing staff hiring, performance, and professional development while upholding high standards of food, service, health, and safety.
