Hospitality Host

This role involves providing a first-class meet and greet service and ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience for guests in the Escape Lounge and 1903 Lounge at Manchester Airport. The position requires maintaining high standards of hygiene and facility presentation while managing bookings, handling payments, and serving beverages in accordance with licensing regulations. The successful candidate will support back-of-house operations, manage stock levels, and assist guests with business services to ensure a world-class hospitality environment.
