Chrysalis Host Home is seeking families to open their homes to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing a loving and nurturing living environment. This contracted position allows providers to work from home while caring for an individual, with monthly payments determined by the level of care needed. The role focuses on building rapport, supporting daily living skills, and advocating for the individual's well-being.
Chrysalis provides intermitent or 24 hour care for people with intellectual disabilities. We offer a residential program as well as a foster family option complete with day services, behavioral, nursing, activity planning, and other services. We also offer ABA services for children and adolescents with Autism.
