About this role

The Host Nation Construction Facilities Planner will support the Okinawa Consolidation (OKICON) program, providing expert planning, coordination, and execution of facility consolidation for the U.S. Marine Corps footprint reduction. The role serves as a technical subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle, translating unit capabilities and force structure data into host‑nation constructed infrastructure plans while collaborating with U.S. and Japanese stakeholders.

Coordinate master planning and site integration with U.S. and Japanese stakeholders
Analyze unit TOOs and TOEs to determine space and infrastructure needs
