HOST Program Supervisor- Houseless Outreach

The HOST Program Supervisor provides leadership, clinical guidance, and support to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health challenges access housing, treatment, and essential services. This role oversees Case Managers, Mental Health Professionals, Substance Use Disorder Professionals, Peer Specialists, Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners while fostering a collaborative, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approach to care. The position involves driving meaningful change and building pathways to stability, recovery, and hope for vulnerable populations in Thurston and Mason counties.
