Host Staff

Host Staff are responsible for the initial, warm greeting and seating of guests, answering telephones, taking reservations, and maintaining accurate guest counts and wait times. The role involves assisting with coat check duties and ensuring the overall guest experience exceeds expectations by anticipating needs and responding with patience and courtesy. This position requires the ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
