Host

The Host is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests by greeting them upon arrival, managing the waitlist, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements. This role requires excellent customer service skills, organization, and communication to maintain a smooth guest experience and coordinate with the kitchen and server teams.
