Host

This role is responsible for greeting customers upon arrival, managing reservations, and seating guests at their preferred tables while maintaining an efficient rotation for servers. The position requires providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints with a positive attitude to ensure overall customer satisfaction. The host also supports the front-of-house team by assisting with bussing, serving duties, and answering phone calls.
