Host

This position is responsible for welcoming all hotel guests and customers with a smile and appropriate greeting at the restaurant entrance. The role involves managing reservations, coordinating with hosts and management for VIP reservations and special events, and escorting guests to their tables. The position also requires communicating with wait staff to ensure a high-quality guest experience and performing various supportive duties during downtime.
