Host

The Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests at the restaurant, managing the host stand, and assisting with reservations and the TOAST App. This role ensures a positive guest experience by maintaining a clean host station, providing menu information, and collaborating with management to address customer needs. The position is a tipped role that participates in a shared tip pool with servers, bartenders, and support staff.
