The Host role at The Knox, Auberge Collection is responsible for upholding a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This position manages guest flow, supports restaurant operations, and serves as the primary point of contact for guests. The role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with staff to optimize service and seating. The Host also handles guest inquiries, resolves concerns, and maintains accurate records to ensure satisfaction.
