The Host ensures complete guest satisfaction at Fitler Club's restaurant by adhering to service standards, taking orders, providing beverage service, and anticipating guest needs. The role involves preparing dining areas, maintaining cleanliness, and demonstrating top-level product knowledge of the menu and offerings. This position also requires cross-training in Flo's Café to support café operations.
