Hostess at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai welcomes and seats guests, manages reservations and the reservation database, and ensures guests feel welcomed and valued within the Chitarra Italian Restaurant. The role supports seamless dining experiences by coordinating guest preferences with service and kitchen teams and reporting to the Head Hostess. It is based in the hotel’s Food & Beverage team and contributes to the brand’s luxury guest experience.
