Host/ess

The Host/ess is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, responsible for greeting guests, seating them efficiently using Open Table, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience in Ramsay's Kitchen. This role requires standing for up to eight hours to maintain a welcoming environment while collaborating with servers under the Ramsay Standard. The position reports to the Restaurant General Manager and is key to upholding high-level service standards in a luxury restaurant setting.
