Host/Hostess

The Host/Hostess creates the first and last impression of every guest's experience at LaBelle Winery by warmly welcoming guests and managing seating flow across restaurant and event spaces. This role coordinates closely with servers, management, and the culinary team to ensure a smooth, memorable visit consistent with the winery's hospitality standards. The position involves managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized host stand throughout each shift.
