Host/Hostess

The Host/Hostess is responsible for preparing, delivering, and picking up patient trays while communicating menu preferences to ensure high patient satisfaction. This role involves cross-training in the NSA and Dish room, managing floor supplies, and serving as a liaison between patients and food service operations. The position requires practicing exceptional customer service and utilizing computerized ordering systems to process meal requests.
