Host/Hostess

The Host/Hostess welcomes guests with a smile and seats them according to their requests while maintaining the seating chart and monitoring flow to ensure the restaurant is full. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and restrooms, providing a memorable first and last impression for each guest, and following directions from the board runner and Manager on Duty. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work both as a team and independently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
