Hotel Duty Manager

The Hotel Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences across The Ville Resort-Casino and Ardo by contributing to the day-to-day operation and administration of the Hotel Department. This position involves supervising the Front Office team, liaising with customers requiring managerial attention, and assisting in the preparation of forecasts, reporting, and rostering. The role requires maintaining awareness of current promotions, activities, and events within the Hotel and Casino to deliver outstanding service.
