Hotel Guest Experience & Visual Standards Manager

The role is responsible for overseeing and continuously elevating the look, feel, and guest experience of a boutique hotel, ensuring all guest‑facing elements meet brand standards. This includes managing visual aesthetics in rooms and public areas, food and beverage presentation, uniforms, and overall atmosphere while acting as a warm host and liaison between guests and staff.
