Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

The Hotel Maintenance Supervisor, also referred to as Lead Maintenance Engineer, ensures the proper working order of all physical hotel assets and coordinates the activities of the Engineering staff. This role involves maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment and facilities, and assisting with training and mentoring the engineering team. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills to support a great guest and colleague experience.
