Hotline Caseworker-Hybrid Work Model

The Hotline Caseworker serves as the initial point of contact for crisis referrals regarding child and adult abuse, neglect, and exploitation within Arapahoe County. This role involves gathering critical information from reporting parties to assess safety, determine necessary services, and make initial case dispositions. Caseworkers must also complete thorough record checks, provide community resources, and participate in multidisciplinary RED Teams to ensure client well-being.
