Hotline Counselor

The Hotline Counselor facilitates daily engagement with help-seekers of the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline, delivering psychosocial support, referrals, and resources to pregnant and postpartum individuals and their families. This fully remote role serves as the primary point of contact for incoming telephonic, text, and chat inquiries, coordinating with clinical and operations teams to provide evidence-based information and brief interventions. The position requires maintaining accurate case documentation and ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of all help-seekers.
