Hotline Worker, Welcome Services (January 2027)

The Hotline Worker provides superior customer service to current, incoming, and prospective Boston Public School families by assisting with registration, answering inquiries, and resolving issues. This temporary part-time role supports the Welcome Centers as hubs of information and system access for families. The position requires strong communication skills, proficiency with data tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
