The Hourly Staff Recruiter ensures the sourcing, attraction, hiring, and retention of top talent while building a strong pipeline for manufacturing roles. This position partners with HR and manufacturing leaders to proactively address hiring needs and promote SPX as an employer of choice. The role involves managing the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
