The House Coordinator provides direct and indirect supervision for nursing staff across all shifts, ensuring smooth hospital operations through staffing, resource management, and patient flow oversight. This role acts as a central decision-maker to maintain continuity of care and occasionally provides direct patient care. The position also includes cross-training and dual responsibilities within the Transfer Center to support professional growth.
