About this role

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and manage the primary point of contact for visitors
• Conduct pre-event inspections to ensure rooms are prepared and presentable
• Set up and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment including projectors and sound systems
• Sort and distribute mail to student societies and building tenants
• Coordinate room readiness checks and assist with event setup and teardown
