GAP Ministries is seeking a married couple to serve as House Parent Managers at their SPLASH Group Home in Oro Valley, AZ. This full-time, exempt role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for children in foster care while providing direct care, supervision, and life skills training. The position requires living in the group home and managing daily household operations, including routines, budgets, and transportation for the children.
