House Parent

The House Parent lives onsite at San Pasqual Academy and provides a homelike, supportive environment for at‑risk youth through positive mentoring, supervision, and instruction. The role includes monitoring student behavior, documenting activities, and collaborating with professional staff to support each student’s treatment plan while participating in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
