House Supervisory or Charge Nurse

This role involves providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to the patient care team while ensuring safe patient care and appropriate staffing levels. The position requires maintaining unit compliance with regulatory standards, managing shift issues, and serving as a clinical resource and point of contact for transfers and admissions. The incumbent will also support the Emergency Department, Inpatient, and ICU units as needed.
