The Housekeeping Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Housekeeping Department, ensuring effective communication and coordination between housekeeping colleagues, other hotel departments, and guests. The role is responsible for coordinating room and housekeeping requests, maintaining accurate records, handling communications, and supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the department while delivering Four Seasons standards of service.
