Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor

This role assists in overseeing daily shift operations for Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry departments to ensure guestrooms and public spaces are clean and well-maintained. The position involves conducting inspections, managing departmental costs, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining the operating budget. It also includes supervising staff, handling guest complaints, and participating in human resources activities such as training and performance appraisals.
