Housekeeping & Laundry

This role assists the Director of Services in managing the Housekeeping department and acts as a liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. The position involves inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards, resolving discrepant rooms, and coordinating daily operational activities. It also includes supporting management with employee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
