Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, room readiness, and service standards of an assigned lodge, leading the housekeeping and laundry team, and managing the housekeeping budget. This role involves managing daily room assignments, cleaning schedules, and turnover to meet occupancy demands, while ensuring compliance with safety and chemical handling protocols. The position requires strong leadership skills to develop and hold accountable the site team, as well as experience in budget management and inventory control.
