Housekeeping Quality Assurance

The Housekeeping Quality Assurance role is responsible for inspecting the quality of work performed by the Hotel Housekeeping Team Members to ensure it meets established safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards. This position involves leading and examining work performance, assisting with daily supervision, and serving as a role model by performing Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed. The role requires demonstrating high levels of guest service skills and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
