Housekeeping Team Lead

The Housekeeping Team Lead provides hands-on leadership and support to GermBlast Housekeepers, ensuring assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times. This position works closely with the Housekeeping Manager to coordinate daily housekeeping activities, monitor cleaning quality, provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff, and ensure compliance with facility standards, infection-control practices, and safety requirements. The Housekeeping Team Lead serves as a working leader and is responsible for assisting with daily assignments, addressing routine operational needs, supporting team members, and communicating concerns or deficiencies to the Housekeeping Manager.
