Houseparent Couple

This role offers married Christian couples the opportunity to serve as Houseparents in Black Mountain, NC, nurturing and guiding children in a campus cottage setting. The position involves providing a supportive home environment, assisting with daily routines, and fostering emotional and spiritual growth for the children. Houseparents work a 15-day on and 13-day off schedule, with the organization providing vehicles, food budgets, and comprehensive support staff.
