Houseperson

The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms by removing used linens and ensuring all areas meet the hotel’s established standards of cleanliness. This role involves reporting maintenance issues, damaged property, and lost and found items, while also maintaining the security of all guest units. The position requires responding promptly to guest queries and delivering requested housekeeping items to guest rooms.
