Housing Advocate (HUD)

The Housing Advocate serves as the primary case manager for the Women's Housing Collaborative, establishing and maintaining advocacy relationships with up to 30 households in a permanent supportive housing program. This role involves screening for eligibility, administering rental assistance, developing case plans, and coordinating with landlords and outside agencies to promote housing stability and safety for survivors of domestic violence. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and trauma-informed care skills to support client empowerment and community integration.
