Housing Advocate

The Housing Advocate supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Douglas, Sarpy, and Pottawattamie Counties by helping them locate, obtain, and retain suitable housing through the Rapid Rehousing program. This role involves collaborating with landlords and property managers to secure units, providing financial assistance guidance, and developing individualized housing stability plans. The position requires working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to deliver trauma-informed care and support services.
