Housing and Case Management Supervisor

The Housing and Case Management Supervisor oversees case management, housing navigation, and supportive service coordination for single adult residents at KLEO’s ELEVATION House. Operating within a trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and Housing First framework, this role directs and coaches staff, drives housing stability outcomes, and fosters community collaborations. The position involves supervising Youth Client Services Specialists, maintaining a specialized caseload, and ensuring compliance with agency standards and funder guidelines.
