Housing Asset Management Database Administrator

This role involves managing and maintaining critical housing asset data, including stock condition, annual servicing, and asbestos register information within the Housing Asset Management Database. The position requires handling tenant requests for housing improvements, administering work allocations, and overseeing the adaptations process for disabled tenants in collaboration with Occupational Therapists.
