Housing Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager supports transitional age youth experiencing housing instability by providing intensive case management, creating service plans, and connecting youth to essential resources. The role involves processing referrals, managing waitlists, coordinating move-ins and exits, and ensuring health and safety through crisis intervention and risk assessment. This position is based on-site in the Pico-Union neighborhood of Los Angeles.
