Housing Coordinator

The Housing Coordinator assists youth in transitioning to adulthood by facilitating their orientation to the Transitional Supportive Housing program and helping them locate safe, affordable housing. The position requires building trusting relationships with youth using trauma-informed care and ensuring compliance with grant and programmatic documentation standards.
