Housing First Coordinator

Eliot's Homeless Services Division is seeking a Housing First Coordinator to provide person-centered, strengths-based case management and housing stabilization support to unsheltered adults transitioning to housing. The role involves coaching, education, and connecting individuals with community resources to help them maintain long-term housing, financial independence, and emotional well-being. This position requires working onsite and in the field to address clinical and systemic needs while fostering positive relationships with community members and coalitions.
