Housing Inclusion Officer (Level 2)

The Housing Inclusion Officer supports vulnerable customers with their housing needs and homelessness responses within the Specialist Supported Accommodation team. The role involves delivering accommodation-based support, managing housing across various supported schemes, and providing community-based housing support including rapid re-housing and intervention services. The officer works to enable customers to secure positive outcomes and independent living through casework and rapport building.
