Housing Maintenance Technician

The Housing Maintenance Technician supports the Coordinator of University Housing Maintenance by completing repairs and scheduling external contractors to maintain residential housing quality. The role involves assisting with maintenance requests for apartments, townhomes, and brownstones, as well as coordinating turnover repairs and requisitioning necessary parts and supplies.
