Housing Navigator

The Housing Navigator supports the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program by assisting Veterans who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness in achieving long-term housing stability and self-sufficiency. This role involves collaborating with HUD-VASH teams, local service providers, and landlords to identify housing resources and advocate for participants. The position requires providing culturally inclusive, trauma-informed services and navigating the multiple vulnerabilities associated with veteran homelessness.
