Housing Navigator

The Housing Navigator supports CalWORKs participants in San Diego County by identifying housing barriers, securing temporary and permanent housing, and connecting families to community resources. This role collaborates with case managers, landlords, and community partners to promote family stability and self-sufficiency through a Housing First approach. The position involves facilitating workshops, providing housing guidance, and maintaining accurate case documentation to ensure successful housing outcomes.
