Housing Navigator

The Housing Navigator plays a central role in Elica's CalAim Community Supports program by linking eligible Medi-Cal clients experiencing homelessness to housing resources and permanent housing solutions. This position involves developing individualized housing plans, coordinating with landlords and community agencies, and providing advocacy and support to help clients maintain stable housing. The role requires collaboration with case managers and other support programs to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and necessary resources.
